Shabbat School Junior Bulletins (ages 8-11 years)
Shabbat School Junior Bulletins (ages 8-11 years) are designed specifically for use with middle school children. Hand out the bulletins before or during the service. There is a puzzle inside for them to do to keep busy for a while before they are dismissed for Shabbat School. Each lesson begins with a story from that week’s Parsha. We then go to the words of Yeshua to further illuminate the lesson. We then round it out with a scripture for life application. It finishes with a role play question and answer section designed to teach the children how to practice responding with a “rightly spoken” word, “in due season. For the older children, this includes having them notate the corresponding verses in their own bibles. This teaches them how to find verses, but more importantly it reinforces the connection between Yeshua’s words and the Torah Parsha. Especially for Messianic Jewish children, this is extremely important. Please check our FAQ’s to see exactly how to teach the children how to cross reference their bibles. We have a “Teacher’s Forum” available on line for subscriber’s only. The teacher should be able to show actual examples of how this lesson impacts them personally in their walk with the Lord. Teachers can then provide a craft that actively involves them in remembering the lesson if you so choose. We provide a snack in class and additionally reward the children who successfully completed their ‘in-service” activity earlier that morning. We close the lesson by repeating the final question and answer at the end of the lesson and then pray for Tikkun Olam (the Restoration of the World). Then we rejoin the service after the Rabbi’s message ends. Order Online at
